What to put in a quote request
Four things help us price your sites, and register a box to you if you want one.
- How many sites you look after.
- How they connect: fibre, 4G or Starlink.
- What monitoring software your control room uses, if any. Anything that connects by address and port works.
- Roughly how many boxes you expect.
Everything else goes to the same address
- Security vulnerabilities
- Report a vulnerability to [email protected]. We reply by email. The security page says what the box can and cannot do.
- Your account
- Sign in at app.relayant.net. Owners invite people to the organisation from the portal; an invitation link works once, for seven days.
- Privacy and terms
- The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are on this site, with the same text as in the portal. Questions about either go to the same address.
